  • Lindon Cottage is accessible by wheelchair.
  • There is NO SMOKING inside the Hill House or rental cottages.

Or dine by candlelight under the stars on one of our two limestone terraces offering stunning vistas of the moonlit ocean below. Note: The prices below include not only house rental, but house beverages, butler service, food, golf cart, and the use of non-motorized activities. Small boats are available for guest use – pending competency test and weather conditions.

Rates are based on a three-night minimum stay, except for Christmas & New Years which is a seven-night minimum stay. Rates also include food, house beverages, butler service, golf carts and the use of all non-motorized activities. Small boats are available for guest use pending competency test and weather conditions. Golf carts are available for guest use pending valid driver’s license and guest must be 18+ years of age. Children under the age of 5 are on special request at a charge of $500 per week.

* High season premium includes weeks prior to and following – President’s week (02/16/09), Spring Break (03/29/09 – 04/10/09), (Easter (04/12/09), US Independence (07/04/08 & 07/03/09), Thanksgiving (11/27/08 & 11/26/09), Christmas (12/25/08 & 12/25/09) & New Years (12/31/08 & 12/31/09). Also, there is an additional 30% surcharge for stays during the Christmas and New Years weeks. This surcharge does not apply to the other high season weeks mentioned above.

** Up to two additional guests can be accommodated on a pull out sofa bed and will be charged a supplemental fee of $500 per person per night.

Getting There:

Step 1: Fly to Nassau, Bahamas or Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Step 2: Take a short, 40-minute charter from Nassau or 2 hour charter from Ft. Lauderdale to Staniel Cay Airstrip*. (1.25 miles from Fowl Cay)
Step 3: The Fowl Cay boat will pick you up at Staniel Cay for the short boat ride back to the island.

  • A passport is necessary for all U.S. citizens entering the Bahamas.

  • Fowl Cay is also accessible by private boat or private plane via a 3030 ft paved airstrip at Staniel Cay. Please contact us for more information on these alternate ways of reaching us
